When visiting the Costa Blanca independently, it is of course essential to pre-arrange an appointment with us, this will ensure that we are able to prepare a 'Personalised' itinerary in advance, thereby avoiding wasting your valuable time whilst we contact owners & arrange keys etc. etc. Unless you have very fixed ideas, ideally a minimum THREE consecutive days will be required, to look at all possible properties & areas, compile a short list & then view again, plus, if you decide to enter into a purchase agreement, probably a fourth day would be required to meet a Lawyer, open a Bank account, arrange Fiscal numbers etc. Therefore, an initial appointment with us very early into your visit is strongly recommended
