We are now well into our twenty fourth year of Property Sales & Consultancy on the COSTA BLANCA. My wife & I live here in this beautiful corner of Spain almost permanently these days, although we are of course in daily contact with our valued staff at the UK Office. Spain has always been a very special place for us, from both the business & personal aspects, also, I am sure that the great majority of our Clients who have purchased through us over the years will endorse these sentiments.

I am however driven to make a few comments on the current property scenario here, mainly to share my thoughts & opinions & to assure you, our potential Clients, of our continued integrity & straight forward professional approach to the manner in which we conduct our business. Prices throughout Spain have increased considerably on all of the 'Costas', as demand has grown from investors of all kinds from many Countries who have seen that this part of the World has a unique, widespread appeal to those seeking either a permanent or holiday home in a warm & safe environment. Properties here are still excellent value for money though & the cost of living is much less than experienced in the UK.

One cannot fail to notice these days that buying a property in Spain has a high profile in the media, plus, there are 'Exhibitions' in most Towns almost every day of the year it seems. This must be very confusing for potential purchasers such as yourselves, searching for that 'Ideal Home in the Sun', whether it be a Bungalow or Apartment for Holidays & Investment/Rental income or a Luxury Detached Villa to live in on a permanent basis.
Back in the 'Eighties' & well into the 'Nineties' there was just a handful of serious Spanish Property Specialists such as ourselves, some of whom are also still in business & offering a comprehensive service Today however, there are many hundreds of 'Agents' offering properties for sale!. Competition is not a problem & is in fact healthy, however, it is a fact that a great number of these Companies or individuals have 'Jumped on the band wagon' so to speak & most have very little experience in the business at any level!. I can't help wondering therefore how many will still be in business in say one years time & more importantly, where does that leave their Clients who have unfinished business?!.
