Why Should We Purchase Our Property Though "G & R"?.

What Do I Have To Pay In Addition To The Purchase Price?
There are various Taxes, Registration & Legal Fees to Pay........For example: V.A.T (IVA). Calculated at 7% of the value stated on the Deeds document (La Escritura). Property Registration fee (Registro de Propiedad). Public Notary's Fee (Notario). Spanish Lawyer (Abogado) & Fiscal Identity registration (NIF or NIE Numbers). Contracts for supply of Electricity, Water & Gas.

We will provide a breakdown & assessment covering the above items, prior to proceeding with any purchase; In addition, we always advise & recommend that you engage the services of an Independent Spanish Lawyer, preferably practicing in the area in which the property in question is located (Lists available through our local offices).

AS A GENERAL GUIDE, ONE SHOULD BUDGET FOR UP TO 10% OF THE PROPERTY PRICE TO COVER ALL OF THE ABOVE COSTS (It will probably work out to be less in practice).

 

Can I Obtain Finance for my Purchase in Spain?
Finance facilities are indeed available, either secured on the actual Spanish property or any U. K. property you may own. If you require Short, Medium or Long Term Finance, please let us know so that we can ask our Independent Financial Advisers to contact you to discuss the options available, in complete confidence.

 

What about Furnishing my Apartment or Villa
The general quality of furniture available in Spain is good, costs are reasonable too!. We can introduce you to reliable furnishers who can fully equip your New home, or supply just one item, often available within a day or two. Resale Apartments, Bungalows & Villas are often part or fully furnished anyway!.

 

How do I View with G&R on the Costa Blanca
